CL Sec4 Farewell

23rd May marks the end of our seniors journey in CCA
23rd May marks the starting point of our journey...
I remembered the moment when i rushed down to grabbed some Chee Chong Fan and some koropok. (a malay snack which i had already forgotten the name le) And the very dumb thing that i dropped my farewell emcee script into the canteen dustbin (and going back to get it after 5mins) I guess i was just nervous about the weeks of effort that we had put in for this day. And also the 2 very blur and last min emcees made me worried(:

1pm. i waited outside the staff room for Mr Hou (i decided to use Mr Hou as it sounds the best),and the tchers meeting ended so late that i dun hav the time to deco. Then sec1-3s came. Had dry run, which is quite ok.

Farewell Cake (:

First was games. Didn't join in the screaming in bouncing chairs :( Such a pity though, when i can scream. Then was break @ canteen. I only ate 3 spoonful of beehoon and a fishball. How pathetic. Interview the new sec1. I tried to use a scary cum serious tone to interview her, Haha!

Then it was performance. It wasn't very well done though, that's what i think lah. Dunoe abt the sec 4s. Then gave out souvenirs+card. And i'm glad cause i heard many feedbacks abt the souvenirs being very nice! And the lyrics being touching?!?! haha

Then it was hand over.

( I looked awful in the pic cause i dun even hav the time to retie my hair since 6.15am in the morning, haha so kua zhang, and that's why my hair's so messy)

Farewell ended around 5.45pm. This placed a fullstop after the weeks of effort, sweat and tears. And it's the end of a chapter. To me: I think it was a success and our hard work HAD paid off. We stayed back till 7.pm+ evryday during preparation and discussions. Conflicts arise, emo session, shopping at bugis. cracking brain for lyrics, risking our lives to make candles, Mr hou supervising and returning us money almost everyday. And many more...and i guess it's a very very experience for us as we had walked through the darkest period overcoming problems along the way. 酸甜苦辣 are really the ingredients in our life. We gain knowledge from books, we gain experiences from life.

After farewell, we went to Sakae @ Bugis for dinner to celebrate Zoey's bdae! You are lucky Girl. And i hope you know that. We only got a seat like 8pm? I know i'm retard but it's my first time at Sakae. Haha and it's EX. like Duh. the whole meal cost almost 1sausage with 2 eggs. Aonan went back china after that. Went home with ms wee and jan. Free ride! Haha and the funny thing is, when i reach home i stone at the sofa. I was thinking/flashing back of what happened today cause i didn't want to let this day just flash past. After i bathe, i sat at the sofa and stone again. Thinking abt what happen... Till i realize i still hav homewk to do then i rushed off to my room.

And yupp (: That's how i spent my 23rd May.

Last day of school was kinda boring. Except for Math other lessons were quite slack. (Oh we watch just follow law for CL lesson! It was hilarious lah! But only Singaporeans will understand some of the jokes) ) Didn't get back Report Book, though i think we might be getting it after holidays. Went to science centre after that. Watch "the Human Body", quite interesting and enriching. But did i mention that i have sever short term memo, i cannot watch movies cause i cannot remember anything the next day. And that stupid popcorn is one of the highlight that day. I queued for it but the show was starting so i had to gave up and watch others eating potato chips and popcorn under my nose. I can resist to temptations okay. (yah like real)

Cause i lead them the wrong way and in the end they were LOST! Haha yah sorry lah, if only i wasn't tying my hair and if i had trusted myself and not going up to confirm with the driver, who gave me the wrong info, resulting in 4 pple getting lost. i was suppose to bring them there safely de...AWW, i still feel very bad leh. Haha due to my blurness, i shall not make this fatal mistake again! So i reach there and grace they all were staring the fire. It took quite a while due to the very very cooling and shiok strong wind! Mrs chiaw POP by and help us buy ice. Haha ate some food and went to rent bike. Yes thanks Linli (: Night shift had very little food to eat. So i was rather hungry at night. And the nicest food was (drum rolll...) SATAY! it rocks. very very nice. And 3H people can really BBQ, cause all the food taste nice no matter who BBQ it (: Went home at around 8.30 (quite early cause we had finish all the food le haha) I ate my favourite CORN! Hope we can have more BBQ sessions! :D Xin Ku Le everyone especially Grace.
